After good communication over phone and what seems to be honest answers from my experience is true. However, you need to make sure you ask through questions. I got the vin checked out and the vehicle looked good overall. But, after I eye balled every detail when I got there, I found a soft spot in floor that looked repaired. (Maybe they didn’t know).
