NEVER Use Dealmed Medical Supplies! Terrible Customer Service and Scams! I placed an order for an EKG cable on March 26th and paid extra for 2nd-day air shipping via UPS. As of April 4th, almost 10 days later, I still have not received my order. I’ve called Dealmed three times to inquire about the status, and each time they fed me the same lie—"It was shipped from our California warehouse." I use 3x3 Sterile Gauze Pads three times a day to hold the catheter lubrication. I have generally bought 3 or 4 packages of 100 at a time, lasting 3 or 4 months. I have found one or two pads stuck in the glue holding the paper, and yesterday open a pack that had no pad in it. It was lot #57695 dated 12-24-2023. I decided to complain.
