What a joke! Bought a Groupon and had to call Groupon 4 times to have them reset the groupon because "Top gun auto detail" company redeemed it FOUR TIMES!
Their customer service is top notch. The work they did is fantastic.
Terrible experience- avoid merchant like the plague. This business is not focused on customer service, they over promise and under deliver. They used Group on to get customer leads and yet don't perform the work as agreed and in a timely manner. We had a terrible experience trying to get this merchant to completed the job as agreed and to provide timely updates as to the work. In the end the work took nearly 9 days to complete and yet the interior still had visible dirt on seats and body panels. RUN away from this business.
Not worth 1 star. I called 3 separate times to make an appointment & each time the person said they would call me back & didn't. They redeemed my groupon over the phone prior to bringing my car in. The gentleman claimed he was doing so to allow for a survey to be emailed to me which would allow for a free future service. I never received a survey or an offer for anything free. Jojo at the Minnehaha location was professional, fast and friendly. He offered to fix extra work on my car and did an excellent job. It did take time to set up the appointment but in the end was worth the wait. Will recommend to friends.
