I have been using D.Eales on wheels for many years for my personal and business vehicles. I rely on my dog walking van and when it needed a new clutch and a service Darren knew that I needed a quick turnaround and got the job done in a few hours. The fact that his new premises is even closer to me is a bonus and I can trust that Darren and his team have the skills and knowledge to diagnose and fix any issues. I won’t use or recommend anyone else, first class service even when it is fixing a stinky dog van
I have called in to this business on two separate occasions now asking them to quote me on two jobs. One was to replace cambelt, the other to carry out a major service, including air conditioning. I left all my details, but sadly, I haven't heard from them. This company has adverts placed everywhere advertising their business, seeking work and new customers. So, it's very hard to understand why they don't respond to new customer who wants lots of work to be carried out. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... AVOID
