Real professionals. Very honest. Great service. Took my van in told them what I thought the issue was, thought it was going to cost me a new engine. Instead, Glen found it to be bad coils and saved me roughly $5,000. Highly recommend this shop!
Dealertech is helpful, patient, and kind. They take the time to explain everything and let you know what repairs are critical or if they can wait a bit. They always send an estimate and that estimate allows you to choose which repairs to do. They are definitely a no pressure place, but also make sure that your choices allow you to leave with a safe vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The work I had done was an alternator and DealerTech did an awesome job. They have been my mechanic for over 10 years. The reason I have kept them as my mechanic is their fairness and honesty in pricing and they are the best certified mechanic around Columbus. Way to go team DealerTech!!!
