Worst company. Worst software system. Half the time there system is down. There support is based in another country and they can hardly hear you phone. When there system goes down …. All the reps pretend to be in a meeting.
Signed up last January and as of the last 4-5 months we cannot get ahold of anyone in any department at this company. We call, we get transferred to a voicemail. We have submitted several "tickets" and get no response even after follow up. We were promised hell and highwater from sales when we signed up and can't get half of what was promised.
