Worst company. Worst software system. Half the time there system is down. There support is based in another country and they can hardly hear you phone. When there system goes down …. All the reps pretend to be in a meeting.

Signed up last January and as of the last 4-5 months we cannot get ahold of anyone in any department at this company. We call, we get transferred to a voicemail. We have submitted several "tickets" and get no response even after follow up. We were promised hell and highwater from sales when we signed up and can't get half of what was promised. Been using Dealer Socket for over 13 years and is now the worst CRM out there, So many problems and issues every single day, Blackbird is TRASH

IVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 8 YEARS AND CHARGING ALL THE MONEY FOR DESKING THAT WE CAN NOT EVEN USE. CALLED THE TECHNICAL TEAM THEY TOLD ME THEY FOUND OUT WHATS THE ISSUE AND THEY WILL GET IT FIX HERE WE GO 3 DAYS LATTER STILL CAN NOT USE THE DESKING AND NOBODY EVEN CARE TO CALL YOU.. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSSSSS!!!!! WHEN YOU GET BIGGER THIS HAPPENS. THEY DONT CARE TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS.. I WILL MAKE THE SWITCH TO SALLY OR OTHER CRM'S THAT IS OUT THERE.
