Purchased a very nice Grand Cherokee recently. Michael was excellent to deal with, let me take it for a decent test drive and do a full diagnostic scan. Only issue was a wrinkly leather dash, which was sorted after purchase at no cost as promised prior to sale, with loan car provided. No dodgy looking cars for sale here, highly recommended.
Recently purchased car and dealt with Andrew and dealership team. Andrew was great accommodating and helping us with the tricky sale with our previous car.The sales process was seamless. That's where the positive stopped unfortunately. Long story short, found a few issues with vehicle via another mechanic that should have been picked up by their mechanic report, and rectified before sale. Dealership Direct did reimburse some money for out of pocket expenses.
