The Worst experience ever! We did not get the Knapheide bed that we were shown but we did get one with numerous dents and dings. The bumper they installed was also bent. We know it was not the bed we were shown because this bed was filthy. A light on the bed kept shorting out and 1 door does not close properly. We were shown "our" bed with master locks but that is not what we received. The salesman flat out lied to us and then to his supervisors about the purchase.
