I have called several times over the last couple months trying to get a van up-fitted with shelving and ladder rack. Finally got in touch with someone after leaving multiple voicemails. Was told I would receive a quote within 2 days and it’s been another 2 weeks. Will find somewhere else to up-fit my vans. Used to use dealer truck exclusively and recommend them. I will no longer be doing that.
