I purchased new windows for my house. The Virginia salesman came and conducted a rough measurement for a quote. I accepted the quote and arranged for the salesman and my installer to measure my windows with the trim removed as requested by the salesman. The salesman had the installer remove one side of one window and stated he had what he needed. The windows were ordered and were smaller than the opening. We bought siding for our house after the salesman from the company came to our house and measured. We now have 4boxes left over and the company refuses to take it back and give us a refund.It cost us $311.00/box.
Added stair railings to our front porch, this is the only local place that carries the same brand as the rest of our railings. Storefront area isn't anything fancy but they offer a lot of options and the employees were very helpful and explained everything to us. In addition to railings they had siding, roofing, sky lights, door fixtures, lots of stuff in there for upgrades, repairs, or new houses. We'd come back here again.
