I had a new truck which I put for the sale and it has been hit inside the auction, they called me To let me know and said we sent it to the body shop without sending me pictures of the damage and it came back different color and missing parts . Management attitude is very bad . They sell cars total loss without announcing it . I know someone bought a new Honda accord that was a total loss .
Outrageous fees haven't received a title for a vehicle I purchased several months ago but was harassed about a $8.00 gas fee another prime example of a greedy business that takes the fun out of something I once loved
If you are a car dealer beware, they misrepresent vehicles, we purchased a vehicle 5 months ago under Ally financial, only to be told its not really Ally, but another used car dealer. Been waiting on the title for all of this time with no resolution. Our business will never be using them again. Borderline criminal behavior.
