Our experience with David Heath of Polly Insurance was extremely favorable. The insurance company that was insuring our home decided to pull out of Vermont which left us in a trying place. Because we own an older home, many insurance companies are reluctant to deal with older Vermont homes. I like that I was able to get insurance through my credit union. However, the Polly representative did not do a thorough job. She didn't ask me questions and must have made up or pulled information from elsewhere, because some of it was incorrect. I was not going to sign paperwork that had wrong information on it. I tried contacting the Polly agent by telephone and email, but could never reach her and she never reached out to me, regardless of the many times I tried to reach her. The agent that I talked to was amazing. He explained everything oh so well. I wish I remembered his name. It was a smooth process and was very patient with me. I suggest everyone go through them.
