This is by far the friendliest place with the best customer service in all of Northern Colorado. I’ve been here several times, and every visit has been such a positive experience. i went into Les Schwab to get my 1998 corvette alignment but they said that they couldn't do it that it needed tie rod end and inner end. They told me it would cost $850.00 dollars to fix it and then do the alignment. i thought it was kind of odd because my car is a classic and i know my car so instead i took it home jack it up and could find anything wrong with the tie rod ends or anything else . so i made appointment with firestone and they had no problem with-it being aligned they told me that my tie rod ends were fine... read more

Eric is outstanding! We were on a quick trip when our tire suddenly had a bulge. (Darn potholes). We called around the area and found Quincy Tires. What a Godsend. This place is #1 in our books. He had the tire we needed and installed it. He and his staff are very accommodating and friendly. We made it back over the pass and home. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you're the best!

I was stranded with a flat tire at a local campground. Although I called early in the morning and was guaranteed that they would have my issue resolved that day, it was not, as result, I had to incur an addtional $200.00 in charges to leave my vehicle at the campground and arraigned transportation to and from at a later date. Additionally, I was quoted a charge of $140.00 but was then charged $280.00. Avoid this store, and if possible, travel to Toledo or Lincoln City.

I was just at Les Swab in Woodburn and was greeted immediately by Nicholas before I got out of my car. Had a faulty tire pressure indicator which he fixed in one minute and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I was in awe of this young man. Great employee and i will never go anywhere else to buy my tires...period.

My grandsons fiancé took her car in to this shop to have the tires rotated and have the two front tires balanced. She told them that the car shimmied a little at about 40 mph. The technician recommended a complimentary inspect ion of the vehicle which she allowed.  He provided her with a printout of issues that needed repaired. The amount came to about $2400. 2019 Toyota Tacoma Asked for alignment was told couldn't be lined right with out lower ball joints They never even bothered to ask themself if the the lower control arm alignment bolts were frozen just started throwing parts told me its close I just paided $32 grand for this truck for some nothing for me it needs to fixed You can buy from Toyota cheaper lower control arms holy cow If your lower adjustment Bolts are frozen the truck can not be lined up 350 dollars don't mean jack Multi million dollar company f the customer,... read more

I have always gone to South Salems Les Schwab's but I had such a great experience at the Keizer store, I will keep returning to this store unless I need anything in South Salems. Both stores are amazing, but this one is closer to my home. Jamie at the Keizer store went above and beyond to help us get the shake out of our rig on the freeway. Lied said I needed shocks my shocks were crackling new. I wonder what else they're lying to me about taking my car to another mechanic to get another opinion so far I was quoted a ridiculously high high price and told I needed shocks when I don't. What they don't know is I am a mechanic. I'm retired but I know these things and I don't like when they lie to me.
