these guys are a joke. you want to see a company who cant get out of their own way? try dealer specialties on for size. large company, poor customer service, lousy local representation, and lousier accounting department. i used them for a while because of their seemingly ok dealer tools and affiliations but soon discovered if you want something done, itll take a week at least, usually two weeks. try asking for a credit for lousy service - you get nothing. they offer a couple different things. websites, inventory management, ... read more
