We can fix anything between the bumpers and we will work with aftermarket warranty companies as well as fleet vehicles administered through Element Fleet Services or ARI Fleet Services. We also install auto accessories and lift kits. We are a Napa Auto Care Center and an Elite Ford Professional Service Network shop.

Just passing through Huntsville and truck started blowing black smoke and lost turbo. DSL was the closest place. Called them and they said to bring it in. Within 1 1/2 hours they had it fixed and we were on the road again. They were kind and an answer to prayer.
They got the job done. But they do not waive the two minutes of computer diagnostic time if you get the repairs done. So there is always that extra cost 😟 I have never been somewhere that does this. I was told it pays for the computer program. Just factor it into the cost of doing business. Charge folks a diagnostic fee if they don't get the repairs done like every other business.
Another update.....It feels so frustrating to pay so much money to have my ac fixed and to be going into the second summer without it working. And it is even more frustrating to drive my jeep and watch my brand new top of the line soft top being torn to pieces by wind damage because it was not installed properly. SO MUCH MONEY wasted. Bestop would have given me a new top however I have no proof of purchase. No warranty information. Nothing. Because I trusted Dealer Solutions.
