WORST BANK EVER! I called this place to VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER my car for MEGAN TO SAY HOW SHE FEELS IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE SCREAMING YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT AND WAS BEYOND RUDE! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FINANCIAL ISSUES IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS!!!! AND SHE GOT MAD AS IF SHE HAS TO PAY FOR THE CAR.....NEVER AGAIN!
I don't have a great experience to share. Service line is pretty poor and unorganized.
