Deale Quality Auto Care - they drink on the job. They were unable to diagnose a brake light that was out and in fact recommended a new brake light assembly. I said I knew someone who could maybe get a used one at a good price for me, but I told them to check their resources in the meantime. I called back 2 days later to see if they found anything, they said they thought I was looking for it. Ok, so, I took my car back.
