Easy in and out dropped off U-Haul
After a day of frustration, with my Roadside Assistance not being able to find someone to tow my car, today they found iDeal Wrecker, out of Lindsey, OK. I don't know the driver's name, but he did an awesome job bringing my car to my home. He got it right in the spot I park it under my carport. From the time he was dispatched to the time he arrived, he kept me up to date on progress. I would highly recommend this company. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Major kudos to Leroy, he recommended a transmission shop that was closer than the one I'd been planning to send my truck to and said he would take care of the change of destination with my insurance company, I'd battled with them for 2 days to get my truck hauled. Thanks Leroy!!! I'll call Ideal myself as well as recommended them to others!
