Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Dr Deal did thorough exam for annual checkup. Would recommend if looking for a vet in Glennville area.
My cat died just because they were not quick to take action. They sent my cat's tests to the lab that's not open for the next 5 days. My cat needed quick lab results so she could be saved accordingly. My cat passed away on May 4th and we're still waiting for lab results and they're telling me the lab won't open till May 9th. She could be saved if that clinic took a quick action. They made her wait in her emergency. I regret so much that I didn't take her to emergency hospital or somewhere else that wouldn't waste time. I ran over my own dog He's 15 years old! It was the weekend!I left a message and I got a call back. This all transpired, give or take, within 48 hrs. They worked me in Monday. I have 4 cats, I'll be back. On a fixed income, I was comfortable with the bill. Staff is great!
The worst vet i have ever been to. Ultimately killed my cat. It took her 2 years of suffering after he gave her a steroid injection to die from becoming diabetic [from the shot]. NEVER LET THEM GIVE YOUR CAT STEROID SHOTS. The an indication of an uneducated vet.
