Been a patient for over 12 years. Never had any issues. I’ve seen most of all the doctors within the practice. Dr Massey who is now retired was phenomenal, Dr Lorae is so sweet & Dr. Herron is very informative and give you plenty of options. The New Dr who I can’t seem to remember her name was very nice as well. Diana the medical assistant is amazing. I love them. I plan on doing things very different this time around and I’m not sure if this office has the support I need but I will further discuss when that time comes.
Awful bedside manner. Staff gossips to eachother about patients. 1 Doctor comes off extremely condescending and rude. I brought my 17yr old with extreme issues...Doctor couldn't do regular exam, so she just told my daughter she needed these special probiotics just handed us a pamphlet an we ordered these ridiculously expensive probiotics. Nothing got better only worse! My daughter ended up in hospital for 3days pain was so bad. Would not recommend to any woman especially women of color. I planned on having a natural unmedicated birth and my whole pregnancy went fine. Towards the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy my blood pressure elevated and I was told I needed to be induced. I was told due to me being African American my risks for preeclampsia were high. I got a second opinion from another doctor and after evaluation I was told I do not need to be induced. The 2nd doctor informed my doctors at deal lake Obgyn and the request was ignored.
