Terrible experience with Deal Direct windows. They are cheaper than other companies for a reason. Windows came late and promise date kept getting pushed back. Seems like a company that is pleasant to work with when things are going smoothly, but when something goes wrong the customer service is very very poor. When the windows finally arrived, I asked Neil to schedule me for after my vacation, and then he replied to that email scheduling my install during my vacation. We love our new windows! From start to finish, these guys were great to work with! Neil and Ben came out to give us an estimate, and they were just about as pleasant as you could ever want. Very friendly and gave us a lot of good information and advice and options about how we could proceed with our window replacement.
