We love our new windows! From start to finish, these guys were great to work with! Neil and Ben came out to give us an estimate, and they were just about as pleasant as you could ever want. Very friendly and gave us a lot of good information and advice and options about how we could proceed with our window replacement. The process from sales through installation was great. Installers were extremely experienced and very meticulous. Cleaned up everything and did a quality job and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended.
Neil and his team were WONDERFUL. We moved into a new home, and discovered that the 28 year old windows were leaking into the subfloor. Deal Direct’s quote was almost half the price of Lowe’s, and a third the price of Universal Windows. We’ve had them for a month and love our new KHPP windows. The installation was seamless. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
