Buyer beware. Make sure everything is to satisfaction prior to settlement. Promises to rectify issues after settlement are false. Have been waiting more than 15 months for variations to be addressed on our new build, and although lots of promises no one even responds to emails now. The building company Deal Corp engaged for the project are exactly the the same - non responsive regarding defects, and no-one from Deal Corp holds them to account. I found the experience with Deal Corp very frustrating. The defect list you make on moving in seem to take ages to get fixed. I have been waiting since I moved in December 2022 to get my Airconditioner fixed still waiting and it is June. I also have Windows that I want an answer on and yet nothing. Also they painted a feature wall on every floor in the most disgusting colour no one I have spoken to likes it it is atrocious.
