This physician appears to be burnt out and probably needs to retire. I spoke with him using the Teladoc platform for my left tonsil starting out as aching progressing to a pus pocket and then feeling raw and my submandibular glands being swollen. He told me that I needed to decide if it was aching or raw feeling and constantly interrupted me. I told him I have red streaks in my throat. Not useful and lack bed side manner. My experience has horrible and your frustration with someone suffering from an illness shows you not in for the people and you should reconsider your profession
