Rip off -they are over servicing and overcharging They are taking advantage of vulnerable people and saying things are urgent - forcing you to have a phone call with the dr and then charging $200 for a 5 minute phone call that you are forced to have They are also impossible to get hold of I am still waiting for my Medicare rebate from May.
Dr. Iyer was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t listen to a word that was said. The appointment was late (naturally). No apology of course. Instead of doing any preparation to get a small picture of the patients case ahead of time, he read the referral in front of me and then came to his rapid conclusion. I disagree with with Richard’s asssssment of Dr Iyer. I personally found Dr Iyer informative and understanding. He explained everything I needed and offered compassion balanced with his professional opinion.
Do not go and see Rakesh Iyer. He spends about 5 minutes with you, does not listen to what is happening with your health. Completely disregards your concerns. This man did more damage to my physical health and mental health than anyone I have seen before or after.
Dr. Nithin Kolanu is truly the best! He guided me through this pregnancy journey with so much care, calmness, and professionalism. He and his team, especially his wonderful nurse Mel were always kind, caring, and incredibly supportive. They stayed on top of everything, following up with me weekly and making sure I felt cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful to have been their patient. They treated me with such warmth and respect, and I’ll definitely be back in the future if needed.
