I’m disappointed with the customer service. I was initially told my tube replacement would be handled within 24 hours, and that I’d receive a follow-up call. After waiting six days without any contact, I finally had to reach out myself. Turns out, the job had been done, but they never informed me. Poor communication and lack of follow-through made the process frustrating.
The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, whether it be motor or anything push bike related, they also provide great after sales service and support...🛐🖖
