i have been here since 2021 and i have never been satisfied with the reception services. the wait times are always long and snappy receptionist. if its not due to convenience for students, I’d never recommend to go here especially if its an emergency. The nurses are amazing though.

The appointment at the Deakin Medical Centre felt rushed, with limited privacy during the examination. Staff could have been more considerate. The person who did the blood test was very kind and professional — appreciated their care.
In 2023 I was having severe insomnia issues and was treated like a drug seeker by Dr Feniger at this clinic. After a couple of nights of not sleeping I had a dr appt and she told me to drink a glass of water. She said she couldn't prescribe anything because it was too dangerous. I ended up in hospital with psychosis from not sleeping and finally another GP prescribed me mirtazapine, not exactly a dangerous medication- an antidepressant when i was already on antidepressants anyway!
