Front desk is very unprofessional, rude and should not be dealing with public. Dr Deak is a great dentist, and has been nothing but kind and respectful. We love the hygienist and both dentist.
I went in for some normal routine fillings on a couple teeth that needed attention and they were very professional. With a mouth full of braces, they were able to take care of my teeth and be gentle causing no pain! I will forever recommend this dentistry.
I was made to very comfortable and welcomed. The doctors were so nice. They are not pushy and they don't recommend procedures that you don't need or want. I do however feel like the billing lady is arrogant, rude and nasty. She has on a few occasions been very harsh with her words and I felt not important. My husband doesn't come here literally because of her. Everything else is great, the staff are so nice and friendly. They play incredible music that is just so relaxing.
The most recent visit was very informative and inviting of the procedure to be acceptable service.
