Dr. Hui has a good heart and very good GP to my family and to everyone.
Have been going to Dr Hui since 1992. Have no issues with him. But the wait times are getting ridiculous. I have seen patients go in and be in there for 40-60mins. And I have seen one patient been told to rebook as they ran out of time. They only been in for 2mins. Years ago they did have a notice saying consultations were 10-15 long if need more time let the receipt know. And they will charge you if you don’t cancel the appointment within 1 hour of appointment time but yet we could be waiting up to 1 or more hours to see hi... read more
Have been to this practice several times for treatment for chronic and acute conditions. Dr Hui and the admin staff are very caring and helpful. My only issue with this practice is that wait times can be long and with only one doctor there can be gaps in access over Christmas or other holiday periods.
