Overall great service. We had some technical difficulty on the sound side but were able to have a chat option to make sure we could have the interpreter know exactly what we were saying as they could not hear us. Altogether a professional service and easy to work with for appointments.
When I contacted the DSU, i was told exactly what to expect. The interpreter showed up on time, and he was very professional in the interview process for the candidate. I would recommend their services 100%, no regrets. Extremely satisfied.
