Took 2011 Road Glide for new front brake pads during Rally, the ladies at service counter were very nice and cordial. Left bike at 9am with bikes ahead of me, they called said pads were done, but recommended flush, I asked how long because it was already 6 hours later, they said 2 hrs, I agreed to sign waiver for not doing recommended flush.
