My service technician Blake was outstanding, he walked me through the whole process of what he was doing and listened to my concerns and made suggestions on how to complete the work I wanted done for way less then expected. I would definitely recommend Dead Rock Service for any electrical issues.
Great Service ... excellent knowledge of the job at hand ... installed a GFI plug in the wall for a MOEN pressure valve ... Great to work with ... would recommend this company ...
Dead Rock Services got a technician to our house quickly the same day to diagnose an electrical problem we’d been experiencing. The technician, Nick, was polite, personal, and professional. He systematically diagnosed the trouble for us that turned out to be with our microwave, not the panel, breaker, wiring, or outlets. It was a pleasure to deal with a professional contractor, and I would highly recommend Dead Rock Services for any of your electrical needs. Tom Kelly @ Martinsburg
Very pleasant and responsive. Fixed the issues quickly.
