The people that work at the millinocket office are always friendly...especially Jen Moscone, who took the time to explain the service plan to me, and helped me pick out the right one for me.
Delivery drivers and office staff are very knowledgeable with all my questions. Pricing on oil is great. Never had any issues and have recommended to others in my area.

I wish to acknowledge the Dead River’s Professional Technician (Andrew) who completed our annual oil furnace cleaning today. I had an opportunity to witness his skill set and attention to detail – while leaving our furnace room as he found it – organized and clean. We are firm believer’s that Customer Service builds trust and loyalty – thank you Dead River, we appreciate you.
Propane delivery is reliable, but that something the local folks do. The Online account access and payment system managed by the main office is terrible. I’ve changed my payment acct and deleted the old one, but they are still charging the other account. Statements show the bill but not n thee receipt of payment. Not all necessary profile updates can be made on their system.
