Service Tech was professional and explained everything that he was doing. Several code violations were found with the original installation that was performed by a local plumbing contractor. All violations were corrected and system was leak tested, something the plumbing contractor obviously didn’t do!
This is my first experience with Kenny Lewin as my furnace technician. I greeted him in my driveway and he was very polite, courteous to say the least. I showed him into my residence through my garage and into the basement where my furnace is located. He did an outstanding job & I checked with him while he was doing his final testing for efficiency which was at 85 percent. We chatted for a bit to get better acquainted. He is an awesome technician. Thank you Dead River.
