How this company stays in business is beyond me.
Terrible customer service from office, service department does whatever they want when it comes to service. Billing CANT get a single thing correct other then taking payment. Sad all I wanted to do was set up a service plan and prepaid billing for the winter. Instead they dropped off more tanks and hit us with 800 dollar delivery’s at their will. Started calling none stop for payment with in 2 weeks of delivery. The company has been nothing short of disappointing to deal with, calling repeated, being pushy and rude. I simply... read more
