3 winters of bad experiences with this company. They have a couple great technicians that truly care and want to help them coming here was the only positive part of staying with them. Unfortunately the other technicians need more training and they came out the most often. We have had to make around 10+ calls a year for no heat and most of the time the calls were back to back because the issue wasn’t fixed. Jenni is a delight to deal with.
Dead River has been beyond a pain to deal with for 2 years in a row. Consistently they aren't prepared or willing to deliver in the basic winter conditions of Maine. 1-2 inches of snow deters them from delivering. My latest experience is a perfect example. Upon receiving 2 inches of snow, I get a call AFTER the driver has already moved on from attempting to deliver my oil saying my driveway wasn't clear.
