I recently had a gas stove installed at our other home. Older gas stove for a brand new gas stove, the cost was a few hundred dollars & that made sense. Fast forward for same scenario but at our primary residence. Never got a price from Dead River and had to schedule almost a month out - no rush on our part as stove was just barely ordered. Tech was nice, very senior and struggled physically to the point I found myself stepping in out of kindness and happy to do so. I called late evening due to furnace malfunction and the guys were there shortly after and took care of the problem. They were kind, considerate, professional. Best service ever!
