5/23/24 I am updating my review, since it's apparently common practice to send emails to your customers that are not fully detailing your services properly. Your customers are not your staff. We do not make your policies nor do we have an SOP manual on how you operate. So when you send an email for a tune up reminder, it would be transparent to tell your customer which service plan that tune up is covered for.
