Recently had two other propane companies for two different residential homes. Was paying quite a bit more than dead river offered. Ended up switching to dead River. They took care of all the tanks that were in the ground of switching them over. They are very nice and honest and I gotta give Patty a very big thank you what a sweet person she stayed in contact with me got the tanks. Inspected at both locations. Shout out to my awesome oil company, Dead River, St. J location. I called them because I was 🥶. My house temp was 50° and the heat wouldn't start. In less than 1 hour, the technician arrived and saw I was out of oil. He called the office who had a truck to my house before the technician left! I wasn't due for my auto delivery for another 2 weeks. No charge, except for the oil. They demonstrated excellent customer service, as always. I highly recommend this company and location!
