Double billing our account.
I need a technician to come check out my propane tanks before they can fill them. Its been about a month now that I've been waiting and my propane is almost completely gone. I keep getting a voicemail saying one is available but then call back and that's not the case. Apparently they dont make appointments like any normal business, it's whoever picks up the call first gets the technician.
