Service Technician Jose who we have had at our home for last couple years is always so polite, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of us and our home! The confidence he give us is very reassuring! Our auto delivery yearly for our fuel needs has been quite prompt and relieves us of one more task we don’t worry about!

Dead River's prices are competitive, and even better with both oil and propane delivery service on the account. Communication is excellent. I cannot imagine either email or phone calls being more satisfactory. Delivery drivers are pleasant and more than willing to honor any specific requests, if possible. We are very pleased with Dead River.
