Since we live off-grid sometimes getting a fuel delivery can be hard, but Dead River has always delivered when promised! The drivers are professional and courteous. Office staff accommodating and super friendly.
Dead River Company technician Chris was knowledgeable about the multiple heating systems in our new home and took the time to review each of them, make sure they were in good working order, and explain the ins and outs of their function. Definitely a 5-star rating.
Love Dead River. Kristy in the office is awesome to deal with, and the tech come out for service when it's scheduled, meaning I am not waiting all day for a 10 o'clock service call, at 10, they are actually here! It would be 5 stars, but fuel prices just jumped again.
