I've dealt with dead river in Lincoln a handful of times already. They've always been incredibly polite and responsive on the phone when ordering oil. Both Katie and Kristy are absolutely amazing women to deal with. If you need service, you should definitely ask for Craig or Norm for anything you need.

Poor account setup: installer said there was no account, but after wasting 30 minutes of my time it was determined the error was with Dead River; Installation charges were over $300 including a $99 rental charge for a second tank; after the installer left, we found he left tanks locked at 10% fill without explanation, meaning we could not use the water heater we had the tanks installed to support; when fill was requested was told “it may be 7-10 days” (they did make it in 3 days); after fill, we found one tank, with lock, di... read more
This company is so greedy and ridiculous. They want to charge me $20 to deliver my propane because I am not getting the minimum. Well I can't afford the minimum of $150. So this ridiculous charge basically only applies to the poor people like me. You know I work hard for my money and I don't need to give dead river more when I have 3 kids to feed as well. I mean someone that is rich can afford to put more in there tank so they don't get charged this "fee". I will never go back to this company and unless you want to get robbe... read more
