Were on auto fill and every snow season is different. Were low on fuel before a snow storm and there well aware we are low now were probably gonna run out. If i had to guess fees and extra cost for emergency call. On top of last year 3hr job $1,600 for 300$ part they charge 400+hr emergency call and 300hr+ regular service call.

Great customer service! Never had a problem in the six years I used them as my propane supplier. The drivers were always timely and friendly. Quality company all around.

Dead river was okay with oil deliveries. Last delivery, they said tank needed replacement. Quoted 6,000 to my grandmother for a tank replacement and 30ft of pipe (basement, straight walk out). Other opinions didn't understand why we were replacing the pipe. Went with a company thats doing the replacement for just over 3k.
