Dead river was okay with oil deliveries. Last delivery, they said tank needed replacement. Quoted 6,000 to my grandmother for a tank replacement and 30ft of pipe (basement, straight walk out). Other opinions didn't understand why we were replacing the pipe. Went with a company thats doing the replacement for just over 3k.
Very unhelpful staff and spoke to me in a mocking tone. FYI minimum $237 charge for someone to come out.
AD&G was awesome. Sorry to see them sell the business last year. One of the best parts of AD&G was Christina and thank God she has stayed with Dead River. She is awesome, super helpful and always able to help me. Honestly if it wasn't her I would use a different company for my oil needs.
Wonderful company always on time The people are so nice and understanding
This company was great before it was sold to Dead River Company. Ordered an oil delivery last week because we were low, and was told the earliest they could deliver it would be Monday. Was reassured that we should have enough left to get through the weekend. Okay, fair enough. Lo and behold, we ran out of oil Sunday morning. Called, and was told by the technician who returned my call that they had trucks out doing deliveries today and to call back between 6-7 to set up a delivery.
