I just bought a house, and set up delivery service for oil and propane. I noticed my oil furnace leaking water so I called dead river around noon to have a technician come out, the one who answered the phone couldn't get a hold of the service department so they said they would have the service department call me back. I called them at about 4:50 because i never got a call back to see about the service before they closed and was told management said because I had not had oil (i have 3/4 of a tank from previous owner) or propa... read more

I have never dealt with a company that cares less for there customers than dead river. I call on a Tuesday with 30 gallons of propane in my tank and wanted it filled. they deliver once a week in my area and that is Thursday. Dead river tells me I'm all set up for delivery so Thursday comes no propane. I call dead river on Friday and they tell me they are a week out on propane deliveries. How can a company that big be a week out on deliveries and why can't they make extra deliveries to accommodate there customers. It is winte... read more

I used dead River in Livermore fall no issue I used dead River in Oxford again I was very pleased with my service. You need to call 3 days prior needing delivery to ensure you are on the schedule. Thank you dead River for always being there when I needed you.....
