Marie Downer in customer service was excellent! She explained the heating oil programs in a way that was easy to understand, and was considerate and patient. I recommend her highly.
Website works. Order a delivery, they deliver, I pay. Should be standard but that hasn't been my experience with a past Gas supplier around Keene. No problems in a year so far.
The Dead River install team, the two Brians, did a great job installing our new AC unit. They handled our questions and concerns calmly and respectfully. We appreciate the excellent service and the cool air.
