After many phone calls to my other energy company fell on deaf ears, and dangerously low on propane, I called Steve McCormack as he is our Rep. here at Knickerbocker Group. Steve and Leah Puckey had new Dead River tanks on my house the next day! Fast forward 2 weeks, we had a scheduled tank swap for my wife's hair salon on Monday the 5th.
