We worked with Brittany M to switch from another propane supplier and she was lovely! Everyone I spoke with was kind and willing to help. Our other propane supplier had hold times up to 30+ minutes and we nearly ran out of propane for the first time ever when they made some changes to their company and couldn't keep up with the demand during a snowstorm this winter. Nate, from the Hollis location, was extremely professional and neat. Our furnace stopped working and he did an outstanding job fixing it. He was very thorough and spent time tuning it to get the exhaust numbers perfect. Thank you Nate for a wonderful experience.
I’ve been a Dead River propane customer, here in Sebago Maine, for several years it’s tricky for them because me home is a second home which i keep open all winter. Although on automatic delivery, i do occasionally have to call to let them know my tanks are getting low. The best part of their service is if i call for emergency service - they have been responsive and understanding - like the time some rodent chewed thru my propane line and emptied 2 tanks i had just filled 11 days prior.
