**update** I give the same star only because of the nice women made the interactions palatable considering the service….. I called stating we changed both propane & oil providers, for our two homes, due to the service they provided for 7 years. We gave them multiple chances to change the situations. Had an issue with opening a account and ordering propane on the website but Victoria at the Hollis office responded right back to my e-mails and got my tank scheduled for a fill that week. Excelent customer service from her!
