I’ve been a Dead River propane customer, here in Sebago Maine, for several years it’s tricky for them because me home is a second home which i keep open all winter. Although on automatic delivery, i do occasionally have to call to let them know my tanks are getting low. The best part of their service is if i call for emergency service - they have been responsive and understanding - like the time some rodent chewed thru my propane line and emptied 2 tanks i had just filled 11 days prior. **update** I give the same star only because of the nice women made the interactions palatable considering the service….. I called stating we changed both propane & oil providers, for our two homes, due to the service they provided for 7 years. We gave them multiple chances to change the situations. Had an issue with opening a account and ordering propane on the website but Victoria at the Hollis office responded right back to my e-mails and got my tank scheduled for a fill that week. Excelent customer service from her!
