My Weil-McLain furnace needed some help with its pressure-release system, and a call early in the morning on a Monday resulted in a Technician arriving by noon the same day...and, a 100& happy furnace by 3PM. This is as good as it gets...Thanks!
A call for propane was made on Monday and scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, the day of delivery no one came so we had called the office the next day and were told a delivery was made at 4:45pm which did not happen because we were home at this time. The supervisor accused us of lying and became confrontational, the mind boggling fact that you would make up such a blatant lie to cover yourselves is disheartening and malicious just to avoid responsibility for your error.
Service you can depend on. Fair prices. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
