Absolutely terrible customer service every time! They have the wrong information listed about how many tanks are at my location, and I requested to have them removed, and they want $150 to remove tanks. Amanda basically said it was my fault that the information wasn't correct in their system. DEADRIVER was very difficult to deal with and overpriced! Went with competition for $2.70 less per gallon of propane.
Recently had two of Dead River's technicians do work in my home. Both Cameron and Austin were very impressive; both were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would welcome them back into my home to do work anytime. The company should be very proud of these two young men. Jeanette Tardif
