We have been with Dead River for almost four years with no issues. The young man that came today to complete a tune up on our propane furnace was awesome ! He was very knowledgeable and polite. I could tell he likes his job. However….I called yesterday to ask how much a tune up would cost and the customer service associate quoted 175.00 an hour for labor plus any parts if needed. Your employee, Mack Harris, did a gasline replacement and upgrade for me and he was knowledgeable and personable. He is a very respectful young man that discussed this project with me every step of the way. He understood my future plans of renovation and incorporated them into the conversation. He also found a few issues that may present a future problem of which I am extremely grateful for. He is a great asset to your company and if he is up for a promotion or raise he certainly has my endorsement.
