Steve was great. He took the time to problem solve our problem and resolved the issue. We had heat in no time back in our breezeway. He knew exactly what to do. Had them for 3 years and no problem. When I switched to another company they took 3 months of me trying to get the old tank picked up. After 4 attempts they gave me 215bucks for the 100lb tank that was full. I paid a lot more for the fuel in it. Ripoff Update: they said because I bought the propane when it was cheap and is now valuable, they keep the difference. I only get credit for what I paid for it, not what it's worth
