Had them for 3 years and no problem. When I switched to another company they took 3 months of me trying to get the old tank picked up. After 4 attempts they gave me 215bucks for the 100lb tank that was full. I paid a lot more for the fuel in it. Ripoff Update: they said because I bought the propane when it was cheap and is now valuable, they keep the difference. I only get credit for what I paid for it, not what it's worth
