I was relieved to have service delivered to my home quickly. My technician was knowledgeable and professional. It's a relief to know I can call on the in the future.
Set my appointment back from friday to a monday without any communication i called them to confirm and found out myself. They then showed up 4 hrs late with an incorrect work order and were going to set and lock my tanks even after i called them 3 times in total 2 before they arrived and 1 more time after they arrived. On top of everything a full week has gone by and now i have to call again as they failed to deliver more propain even though they were supposed have a work order for that and send the bill via email thats my n... read more
I have been with AFC now Dead River which is now a private equity.I called to order oil and was told their policy is no same day deliveries.So you are basically just out of luck.The quality has gradually eroded for me and now I know why.

Okay I've used Dead River for probably 15 years if not longer. Then this week I realized the order i placed 2 weeks ago had not arrived and I was out. All their system told me was the order had been placed. Not the date. So now I'm getting charged a ridiculous amount for an emergency delivery as well as restarting my furnace. I'll be looking for a new fuel company ASAP
