Prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service! Had a late afternoon issue when we ran out of heating oil (totally my fault), heat was off, and house was barely 39 degrees. Called *another* company that has provided our fuel for two years, they would not come until 36-48 hours later; even though our town is part of their daily service route.
