I appreciate being told that because of a mistake you guys made my account was put in collections and I can no longer order heat from this company. AFTER also informing them about having a 5 month old and 8 year old at home and needing to keep them warm!
Was under billed last year by $100 when I made it clear that every order placed was to be paid in full at time of request. Was not informed for a significant amount of time about this issue until I received a letter stating our account was placed into collections. Come time to order heat again this year and informed that due to our account being placed into collections that they can no longer be a servicer/deliverer. What a friendly, helpful technician Mr Flyn was on 12/30/25 during service to our Stockton Springs Maine condo. Our propane fireplace wasn’t staying lit & he allowed me to video tape his service to share with my spouse later that day. I did request Mr. Flyn mask up as our visiting grandson is immune compromised. He readily got the N95 mask from his truck. My only reason for a 4 out of 5 review was that i would’ve liked him to automatically enter my home putting on removable boot covers to keep my floor/carpet clean. It may a... read more
