I called dead river Saturday. They said they'd have delivery out Monday. Today - Wednesday - I notice that there are no footprints in the snow, go check the tank, reading zero. Thankfully heat still on, but about to run out! So I call them to figure out what's going on. They see the info on my account but whoever took the call didn't actually add me to delivery schedule for Monday. They say they can deliver today ONLY if I pay $150 surcharge for emergency delivery even though it was their fault. I can understand the screw up... read more
So far I think I made a good choice. I've been given a price I can afford and it was delivered in reasonable time. I was given the going price and was able to lock in so I know what to pay and when. This is important when trying to budget and stay warm and beable to cook also. Thank you.
